Yuzu is a hybrid citrus fruit also known as yuja. 

Yuzu has a strong tart, sour taste - similar to a grapefruit and a sour lemon. 

This is concentrated flavouring and must be diluted before use!

Ingredients: Natural and Artificial Flavoring and Propylene Glycol. Note: May contain residues of ingredients
