Pandan delivers a soft, aromatic flavour profile commonly found in chiffon cakes, coconut desserts, milk teas, custards, and rice dishes. It features delicate vanilla tones, a subtle toasted almond nuance, and a creamy coconut background. A light green, fresh top note gives it its signature aroma.

It blends exceptionally well with coconut, kaya, taro, and rice-based flavours.
