Jam-it is a universal flavour that is intended to create the effect of a jam-cooked fruit or nut. Jam-it works well with citrus fruits to create a marmalade spread or glaze-tasting or create a preserve that has chunks or fruit surrounded by jelly. Other uses could create the conserved effect of using fruits and dried nuts in your recipe. The classic peanut butter & jam or jam-filled doughnuts could shine by using this flavour in your recipe.

This is concentrated flavouring and must be diluted before use!

Ingredients: Imported Natural and Artificial Flavouring, suspended in Propylene Glycol and Ethanol

V-Train (VT) flavour concentrates are not suitable for use in Food Items, Baked Goods, Hard Candies, and Hot & Cold Beverages. However, they can be used in various other applications.

Recommended Mix: 0.5-2%
