Creams and fillings: 1.0 – 2.5 g/kg

Ice cream: 0.5 – 1.5 g/kg

Jellies: 0.5 – 2.0 g/kg

Beverages: 0.4 – 1.0 g/kg

Candies: 1.5 – 3.5 g/kg

Jelly beans: 1.0 – 2.0 g/kg

Cookies: 1.5 – 3.0 g/kg

Tea: 20 – 40 g/kg

Supplements: 0.3 – 2.2 g/kg

Average dosage: 0.4 – 1.5 g/kg
