Delicious full flavour!

This is a MUST HAVE for any dessert flavored mix. I use it in my Salted Caramel recipe and my Strawberry Milk recipe. Adds another level and depth of flavour, especially for custard and baked goods mixes.

Bavarian cream adds on creaminess to your juice, tastewise to me is like a slightly sweet dessert cream. Gives a creamy mouthfeel as well sort of like taking a bite into a fresh cream donut.

Very mild on it's own. Best used in a complex recipe.Good for smoothing out mixes, use sparingly. 'ok' when mixed sparingly with caramel type flavours. good for adding sweetness and creaminess to just about anything.
contains acetoin so would give a good full mouth feel. but must be used with other creams that contain acetoin or diketone if that is desired
