When I first smelt it I was NOT EAGER to put it in... bc the floral smell reminded me of something I wish I never drank. But bc the recipe called for it I put my one sense to the side and just went for it. To my SURPRISE the end result was quite pleasing it definitely enhances some fruity flavours but should be used sparingly especially if you are not sure if you like floral notes.

Solo at 3% tastes great juicy.. But mix with fruits and becomes a flavor explosion, mixed with fruits at 0.5 to 1% doesn't really require much for good to great

Unique sweet juicy fruit flavour. Prickly Pear. Great as a stand alone flavor or an addition to any fruit. Pairs especially well with apple, pear, and melon flavors

Some say that INW Cactus tastes like aloe vera but I disagree.
